Hi, I'm Jessica Kay Shinholster, founder of Jessica Kay Consulting.
For more than 18 years, I have owned and operated residential services, supported individuals with developmental disabilities, navigated licensing and compliance requirements, managed staff, secured housing, and built systems that allow group home businesses to operate successfully.
Throughout my career, I've helped aspiring and existing providers launch and grow group homes, residential service businesses, and home care agencies. My passion is helping entrepreneurs avoid costly mistakes, understand the realities of operating a group home, and build sustainable businesses that create both impact and income.
